Creative Uniquifier: one creative, many unique files

Creative Uniquifier is a free tool that turns one ad creative into up to 32 copies that look identical to a human but read as different files to ad-platform duplicate detection. It applies pixel-level mutations, re-encodes the image, and writes fresh EXIF metadata — no AI regeneration, no watermark.

What it does

You upload one creative and get back up to 32 copies. A human sees the same image on every copy. Ad-platform duplicate detection sees different files, because each copy is rebuilt at the file level:

  • Pixel mutations: micro-noise, ±2% shifts in brightness, contrast and color, a 1° rotation, a 1% crop.
  • Re-encoding: different JPEG quality, ±1px dimensions, a new SHA-256 hash.
  • Fresh metadata: the original EXIF is stripped and replaced with a realistic one — device model (iPhone or Samsung), ISO, GPS coordinates from a random city.

Every copy ships with its recorded mutation recipe, so each result is reproducible. There is no AI regeneration and no watermark — output is clean.

When to use it

Use it when the same creative has to live in several places at once: multiple ad accounts, multiple campaigns in one account, or shared across a team. Platforms fingerprint files by hash, perceptual hash and metadata — identical uploads get grouped, and repeated files lose delivery.

Run the creative through the uniquifier once and hand every account its own file. The image stays the same; the fingerprint doesn't.

What it doesn't fix

File-level uniquification does not change the creative's visual DNA. Meta's Andromeda groups creatives by visual similarity into a single Entity ID, and mutated copies still land in the same group — impressions stay shared.

If the creative itself needs to change, use the paid regenerator instead: it rebuilds only the part you point at (background, text, a specific object) while the rest of the image stays pixel-identical, which produces a genuinely new visual.

How it works

  1. Upload a JPEG, PNG or WebP creative (up to 15 MB).
  2. Set the number of copies — up to 32 per job.
  3. Run the job. Processing is local and synchronous: no queue, no AI regeneration, no watermark.
  4. Download the copies; each one comes with its recorded mutation recipe.
  5. Need more than 32? The free tier allows up to 3 job starts per minute — run the next batch when the window resets.

FAQ

Will the copies look different to my audience?

No. Mutations are sub-perceptual: ±2% color and brightness shifts, a 1° rotation, a 1% crop. A human sees the same creative; a hash function sees a new file.

Does this beat Meta's creative dedup?

It beats file-level duplicate fingerprinting — hash, perceptual hash, metadata. It does not change the visual DNA, so Meta's Andromeda entity grouping still recognizes the creative. For that, use the paid regenerator.

How many copies can I make?

Up to 32 per job. The free tier is rate-limited to 3 job starts per minute; there is no other cap and no watermark.

What files can I upload?

JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 15 MB per file.

Why does each copy pass as a new file?

Every copy gets a new SHA-256, a different JPEG quality setting, ±1px dimensions, and fresh EXIF metadata with a realistic device fingerprint.

When do I need the paid uniquifier instead?

When the creative's visual itself must change — new background, different text, a swapped object. The paid version regenerates only the region you select while the rest of the image stays pixel-identical.
